Terms of Service
Last updated: July 9, 2026 • Terms of platform utilization
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using ToolZeno (the "Website," "Service," or "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable local, national, and international laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Description of Service
ToolZeno offers a suite of web-based developer utility tools, including JSON & Data Struct formatters, SQL tools, security and cryptography modules, encoding/decoding utilities, validators, and key generators.
All utilities on ToolZeno operate entirely client-side. Computations are performed locally in your web browser. We do not store, view, or process your inputs, source code, files, or outputs on server backends.
3. Permitted Use & Output Ownership
You are granted a free, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to utilize ToolZeno for personal and commercial software development, testing, formatting, and debugging workflows.
Your Inputs and Outputs Are Yours
ToolZeno claims zero ownership or copyright over any text, data, code, files, configurations, or credentials you paste, upload, compute, or output using our services. You retain full and exclusive rights to all of your input and output files.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The tools, utilities, outputs, and information on ToolZeno are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While we strive to implement highly accurate parsers and formatters (using recognized libraries like Monaco Editor and standard formatting engines), we do not warrant that the outputs generated are 100% correct, error-free, compile-ready, or secure. Developers are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any code or data outputs generated by ToolZeno prior to staging or production deployments.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ToolZeno, its authors, developers, or affiliates be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or damages for loss of data, profit, code, system uptime, or business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the tools or Website, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
6. Governing Law & Modification
Any claim relating to ToolZeno shall be governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.
