2. Scope & Description of Service

ToolZeno offers over 180+ web-based utilities spanning Developer Tools, Cryptography & Security, PDF Document Manipulators, Image Processors, CSS Generators, SEO Schema Builders, Data Converters, Financial Calculators, and Randomizers.

All utilities on ToolZeno operate entirely client-side. Computations are performed locally inside your web browser. We do not upload, store, inspect, or process your inputs, source code, files, credentials, or generated outputs on external backend servers.

3. Permitted Use & Output Ownership

You are granted a free, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to utilize ToolZeno for personal, educational, research, open-source, and commercial software development workflows.

4. Client-Side Resource Utilization & Responsibility

Because operations execute directly on your local system via JavaScript, WebAssembly, and Web Workers, processing speed and memory limits for large files (such as multi-megabyte CSVs, complex PDFs, or high-resolution images) depend on your device's CPU, GPU, and RAM.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have legal authorization to process, convert, or format any third-party documents, code, keys, or files loaded into ToolZeno.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tools, utilities, outputs, code snippets, calculations, and information on ToolZeno are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we strive to implement industry-standard parsers, algorithms, and formatting engines, developers and users are solely responsible for reviewing and testing all outputs prior to deploying them into production environments.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ToolZeno, its authors, developers, or affiliates be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, profit, system uptime, or business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
